 Secured a $10 million defense contract by designing a night vision compatible holographic weapon site to military specifications currently being used by all branches of the United States military. Launched and provided project management for all four versions of the holographic weapon site sold to the United States military, law enforcement SWAT teams, and Bushnell.  Directed an engineering technician, designed, tested, and managed all aspects of the product development lifecycle of the optic electronic devices. Worked with Bushnell to provide client services and project management reviews. Provided technical supervision for manufacturing. Conducted fixture and tooling development and design. Created a laser-leveling device used in the construction industry.

 Managed all quality control manufacturing operations of automotive electrical components. Key clients included Ford, General Motors, and Chrysler.  Supervised, trained, and evaluated staff to increase quality control operations. Increased manufacturing quality and decreased defect rates by implementing a new continuous improvement policy including 8D troubleshooting procedures, Failure Modes Effects Analysis (FMEA), and visual aids. Key leader in ensuring the corporation maintained ISO/QS 9000 certification and met Underwriter Laboratory guidelines.
