- Responsible for all of US Field Service Technicians and sub-contractor network. - Coordinate and track service revenue activities. Assist in the selling effort and work with Marketing to produce appropriate service marketing collateral. - Coordinate and distribute TV, RF, IPTV, HD and distribution documentation to support the efforts of field services and sales. - Create and maintain training/safety manuals for techs, TSRs, AOMs - Specifications for equipment, includes installation and service procedure specifications- Fleet management of all company owned vehicles- Arrange and organize on site training of TSRs, AOMs and Field Service personnel in relation to service issues- Organize and manage RMA ‘s for in-warranty equipment, includes working with vendors on warranty reimbursements, includes receiving and testing equipment. - Organize and manage repair and return of out of warranty equipment for restocking of inventory and maintaining used inventory equipment levels plus disposing of obsolete equipment. - Manage annual equipment inspections as outlined in customer contracts. Maintain inspection records and written notification to customers of completed inspections.- Work with television bracket/mount manufacturers on design of brackets and specifications required for the brackets. Provide this information to all internal departments as needed. Provide sales support as needed.- Salesforce(CRM) analysis of equipment trends- Vendor management - Management of all company owned cell phones - Field Service liaison for CRM system- Leadership on on-site Lean Six Sigma events- Management of internal interactive (IT) support team
