Mountain Rose Herbs’ main campus, located on a 3.5 acre lot, includes a bioswale which naturally collects and filters all surface runoff water. As the Director of Facilities, I manage the day to day upkeep of our main campus, numerous satellite locations, production equipment and our fleet of energy efficient vehicles. I also serve as the Property Manager of our newly-acquired Mountain Rose Industrial Campus, a 12.5 acre industrial campus located in Eugene featuring 187,000 square feet of warehousing and production space. In addition, I oversee the layout, planning, design & implementation of multiple building conversions including heavy industrial to food grade processing, retail to office, laboratory, warehouse and retail spaces with a keen eye on budget, timing and environmental impact.OUR FACILITIES ARE KNOWN FOR: - Platinum Certified Zero Waste Facility - GreenPower and Solar Powered Facility - Chemical Free Facility - Bioswale and Rain Garden - Salmon-Safe and Trout Friendly LandscapingI make it a point to know the names of all 200 employees and to engage them as often as I am able. I oversaw all facets of manufacturing and shipping liquid and powder-type herbal tinctures to a worldwide customer base. As a result of my direction, we streamlined the manufacturing and production processes and improved off the shelf delivery of the products.

As the sole proprietor of this successful business, I polished my business, customer service and engineering skills while focusing on complete customer satisfaction for an ever growing base of 900+ clients. Grew the business threefold over 13 years of ownership.

As a Sales Engineer for this renowned distributor of electro-mechanical automation hardware, I was responsible for the accurate selection of parts and components for any number of unique and custom applications, serving clients and developing working relationships with customers throughout central Wisconsin. An invaluable time in my early career where I was mentored by the brightest engineering minds in the country, taught to take risks and to believe in myself.
