As President of Treehouse, the corporate innovation and direct investment division for Clayco, a $4.0 billion design build construction firm, I have had enterprise responsibility to identify and evaluate an array of emerging technology businesses. For the companies in which we invested, I was responsible for overall deal structure, evaluating and testing new business models, leading the recruitment of senior executive teams, and serving as CFO responsible for building and implementing financial models, and financial reporting tools, managing cash flow and leading negotiations related to the successful sale of a portfolio company.
