CurrentAlthough a wide-range of clients are supported worldwide, my preference is to assist "zoomers" (active and engaged boomers / retirees) in their quest to achieve mastery over computers, networks, software and more recently, social networks. Recently there have been numerous clients (new and previous) transitioning to the iPad. The number of occasional face-to-face sessions is dwarfed by the number of online virtual collaborations utilizing Teamviewer solution. My clients are always advantaged by the familiarity and expertise they gain in remote collaboration - subsequently redeployed for communicating with children, grandchildren, friends and clients around the world.
