My successes included identifying & winning key projects during the COVID19 lockdown, supply chain review and Sustainablilty, ensuring all staff retained their positions and the business was able to acquire work from government funded stimulus initiatives during the period.

Managing the commercial interaction between businesses wishing to connect with the Retail sector and the membership of the ARA I managed the ARA Membership team with a role to redevelop the internal operations, manage the staffing requirements, progress the relevance of the membership offer and drive revenue targets. Responsible for the key major accounts, develop member liaison for ARA policy committees and ARA Council, and give feedback on policy issues within ARA management. This involved forming alliances with other Trade Associations, commercial enterprises and government departments and authorities.

HANSW was the representative body to all levels of government on issues relating to employment relations, and hardware related issues like Graffiti (spray cans), and Hazardous Chemicals. HANSW sat on the NSW Attorney General's AGAT committee. My role encompassed membership liaison and administration, committee management, event organisation and government representation.
