My passion is in building and developing sales teams -- internally here at GRS and with clients throughout the nation.I’ve worked in industrial specialty areas for over 20 years, recruiting and developing client relationships that allow me to quickly identify the specific experience and traits in candidates that will meet their company’s needs.Over the past several years I have focused my work on developing and teaching the leadership skills and qualities needed for any company to grow and succeed. I have been a member of Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 1997 and spent 5 years on the Cleveland Chapter Board of Directors with one year as President. I remain heavily involved in this worldwide organization as I thoroughly enjoy collaborating with fellow growth-oriented business leaders.
