In addition, other responsibilities included ensuring deadlines were met, teams were effectively communicating and offering technical design and implementation guidance.Accomplishments: Provided better insight into software and inventory management. Improvedprocesses for managing internal servers and PCs. Improved security awareness andmonitoring. Fully engaged and grew relationships with hosting providers.

Responsibilities also include client technical support, software design and development.As the R&D Manager, responsibilities included managing the development resourceswithin the organization, ensuring deadlines were met, facilitating communicationbetween teams and providing technical design and implementation guidance.Accomplishments: Instituted team-building outings, standardized team processes andpolicies for documenting deliverables and established policies for product releases andsoftware updates.

RealVue Simulation Technologies provides software and hardware based simulations for training, testing and assessing skills. RealVue develops simulations using a suite of internally maintained tools written in Java and heavily using Swing. I am focused on the improvement and support of the internal, Java Swing-based product used to design and develop simulations.

EzGov enables the rapid automaton of government processes through its professional services and FlexFoundation™ software. As a software architect and team lead, I was responsible for the success of multiple high profile projects.
