Getting things done, solving problems, finding a better way, and learning. That’s what gets me up in the morning and keeps me going all day. I have been fortunate to have a diverse career that has not only given me a wide range of skills and experience but has taught me that hard work, perseverance, and the drive to get things done are what allow me to be successful regardless of the company, industry, or position.I am a dedicated, self-motivated leader with an extensive operations, development, marketing, project and event management, and customer service background, as well as experience in employee development, business development, and account management. I also host 5K fun runs for the Brewery Running Series, a wonderful opportunity to encourage healthy activity, support local businesses, and raise funds for local non-profits.I believe in working hard and having fun and that organization and planning are the foundations of a successful endeavor. I've learned that leadership consists of both managing and setting expectations and that motivation is equal parts communication and empathy.
