Post Covid-19 with the end Continuing Education programs moved to the responsibility of administrator and fiscal liaison between the Confucius Institute of Washington State (CIWA) which is at PLU, and partner institutions. Past and present partners include: Bates Technical College, Central Washington University, Eastern Washington University, Evergreen State College, Pacific Lutheran University, Shoreline Community College, Western Washington University, Washington State University, University of Puget Sound and the University of Washington. CIWA also serves K-12 programs and community groups across Washington State.

Telfort is tasked with delivering a variety of learning opportunities for post-secondary students and graduates in China. Telfort is a platform for the development and administration of International Diploma and Study Abroad programs, professional English and career development services, and job placement services. Telfort delivers its programs jointly via its partnerships with Chinese and overseas tertiary learning institutions.

Supported over 70 Scouting units in North and Central Kitsap County. Recruited, trained, and promoted adult volunteers, parents, community and tribal leaders. Was repeatedly at top of organization in fund raising and membership growth.

Hired and managed international training staff of 30. Consistently outperformed competitors in design and presentation of business practices in English for middle and upper-level Chinese corporate managers. Managed up to 30 Chinese employees in a $5 million diplomatic facility. Received, tracked, managed and shipped approximately $15 million worth of U. S. Government property essential to the operation of the American diplomatic mission in China.

1) Formulated a five year plan for operating activities; 2) led major fund raising campaign with business leaders in the Portland community; 3) conducted training programs for staff and volunteers.

Managed Fulbright grant proposals, selection and funding for East and Southeast Asian countries. Assessment of Fulbright Commissions in Korea and Thailand. A part of the support team for President Bush's Head of State visit to China.

Developed and implemented programs to promote trade and cultural exchanges in a wide range of industries between the U.S. and China. Managed the Committee's Fulbright programs in China and the United States.
