Responsible for the Raw Materials and Metal Componets purchasing category: Brass, Aluminium, Copper, Nickel, Machinning, Plating and Treatments, Springs and Welding Wires. Responsible for a total purchasing volume of 35 Million euros/year managed along all Europe and Asia. - Lead and execute purchasing strategies- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness- Negotiation strategies to close deals with optimal terms- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power- Commodity Trade for Risk management- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers- Determine quantity and timing of deliveriesPosition performed combining Master's Degree on the weekends.
