- Monitor the operation and security of Infra Server and ensure that it is operational state.- Provide guidance on maintaning inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased- Provide weekly report regarding the systems and issues related- Plan and execute the repairs and maintenance of all servers and infra related appliance- Primary contact for all local vendor in computer technology related matters (Servers, Telecommunication, Data Centre / Co-Lo rental)- Provide tips and guides for team members on assisting daily supports.- Involved in project implementation which includes hand-on configuration, system execution, testing/SIT/UAT & commissioning up to project handover.- Initiate cost-saving by leveraging existing tools and resources- Mitigate risk related to system architecture and implement counter-measures in compliance with company IT policy- Management of the Infrastructure at a Regional level
