The model I created has reduced a 2-week process to an hour-long meeting, which is mostly to sign off on final numbers.• Created an issue management process for the production pipeline, taking overall issue rate from 18% to 4% in 3 months, and issue resolution turnaround time from an avg. of 119 days to 4 days.• Create executive-level dashboards which are leveraged by senior management to track and monitor several key KPIs.
