• Lead transformation initiatives with a focus on smaller institutions (emerging segment) - not traditionally served by TIAA – to automate processes by applying artificial intelligence, robotics, and other digital tools and capabilities. • Security liaison within the institutional space, working cross-functionally with Fraud, Audit, and Cyber Security to strengthen security of digital offerings, define and execute security roadmaps, and coordinate with third-party experts to influence new implementation proposals. • Drive the successful delivery of products, while contributing to the product strategy and the overall technology roadmap.• Spearheaded an innovation portal (tiaavision.com) to include launch of company’s first external AWS cloud solution with push-button build and deployment. • Developed and delivered new product – RetirePlus, a core retirement offering and model management platform for default investment options – resulting in the onboarding of Yale University with 27K participants and $2.8B in assets in just one day. Implemented pipeline of 16 clients representing $668M.• Launched a quick starter app in 5 weeks to help users better understand the positive outcomes of the fixed income annuity product (TIAA Traditional), simplify user experience and enhance customer satisfaction ; post-launch the app received over 700K views with 233K of those resulting in the transfer of $364M in assets into TIAA Traditional fixed income product. Utilized and evangelized Agile development process to advance rapid delivery of products and learn from user experiences.

• Led 6-month initiative to research and select Nasdaq’s new standard CMS resulting in adoption and implementation; negotiated purchase of system for a cost savings of $1M+ annually.• Managed portfolio of 10+ Nasdaq websites including NasdaqOMX.com , Nasdaq.com , NasdaqTrader.com , N2EX.com , and NasdaqOMXNordic.com .• Oversaw legacy open source CMS – InfoGlue.• Managed end-to-end delivery of Directors Desk for iPad which established a new standard at Nasdaq for developing emerging technologies resulting in a 47% increase in revenue and a 32% increase in new client acquisition. • Spearheaded partnership with client (Microsoft) on Directors Desk Windows 8 project – first Board of Directors application to hit Windows stores – by providing new Windows 8 metro design, IA, web services and Windows 8 application to the Windows store.• Drove the execution of the product roadmap for the Directors Desk Web Application – a full stack web application development grossing $20M annually (Nasdaq’s highest grossing application) – in the corporate services space.
