This involves reading prints to identify the units components and incorporating all necessary manual technical specifications for that unit. I also send out PDF manuals to customer who have misplaced their manual, which sometimes requires me to recreate a manual (digital copy may not exist due to the age of the unit). As part of the Production Control team I am responsible for releasing work order folders to manufacturing. This includes providing the necessary prints and check sheets in the folder for manufacturing. The release process is part of our MRP system, I release the work order in the system, which lets the warehouse know the part can be picked for the unit. I started in the E-box department. My duties entailed reading prints and wiring the electrical panels, verifying the wiring accuracy of work completed by others.

http://inter-source.comAs a member of Inter-Source's team I was responsible for designing and building electrical motor control panels that run chip recovery systems. Included in this responsibility were: panel layout, wire diagramming, identifying and ordering necessary parts, building and wiring design specific panels, programming PLC and/or HMI, debugging program, verifying wiring and function of program. Additionally, I provide troubleshooting and repair support for existing systems either on site-in person or by telephone. To complete programming for panels, I use RS Logic 500 and Panel Builder 32, Mitsubishi PLC's and their programming software, and Proface HMI's and their programming software. For CAD designs I use KeyCreator. I have used ABB & Allen Bradley VFD's. My position required the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and have a strong knowledge of computers.
