Principal product leader delivering a next generation cloud based data platform for the Sagent servicing ecosystem. The platform collects data from the primary performing loan servicing, default loan servicing, and borrower portal source systems into a modern cloud based data lakehouse (Snowflake database hosted in any of the 3 major cloud providers: Azure, AWS, GCP) and makes the data available in a self service delivery format. The data catalog consists of over 500 data containers and 50,000 individual data elements.Responsibilities include market facing activities, roadmap creation/management, backlog management, product architecture, and leading multiple cross-functional Agile delivery teams. In first full year of leading the product, increased net promoter score by 15% year over year, which represented the largest improvement in the company's application portfolio.Also led a Gen AI POC to build a Python based AI support agent using internal company documents and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) concepts along with a locally hosted open source LLM.

Led a major version upgrade of company's browser based AI/ML powered self employed document processing and income calculation product. Additionally led the delivery and launch of a new income product for salaried borrowers. LoanBeam's core competency involves leveraging industry leading AI/ML based document processing technology to classify and extract data from standard borrower income documents (tax returns, IRS schedules, P&L statements, paystubs, W2s, etc.) and applying investor specific income rules to determine borrower income for underwriting purposes.Product delivery responsibilities included leading a team of analysts to build and maintain a product backlog using Agile methodologies and tools like Scrum and Jira, leading an external design firm to overhaul existing UX/UI with tools like Sketch and Zeplin, working with onshore/offshore development teams to produce working software that meet product requirements, and creating launch plans for both products.Product management responsibilities include working with senior leadership team to develop go to market strategy and revenue goals along with collaborating on new product collateral. Also responsible for business development through customer meetings and industry events.

Led several digital transformation initiatives at a top 25 US mortgage lender. Directly responsible for working with executive leadership to architect, shape, prioritize, and lead their digital mortgage strategy of a new, cloud based, digital Point of Sale system integrated with the Encompass origination platform.Additionally helped lead the creation of the product mindset within the company that had previously followed a traditional project management/waterfall based approach. As part of establishing the new product mindset I also helped introduce Agile and Scrum delivery practices into the organization while leveraging tools such as Azure DevOps and MS Teams.

Responsible for defining market and customer requirements, working closely with development teams to deliver working software, and partnering with Sales & Marketing to drive product adoption.
