My mission is to ensure the optimal performance, usability, and accessibility of the learning management system and other related applications and tools.I have a strong background in technical support, problem analysis, and user experience, which enables me to troubleshoot and resolve issues, provide training and guidance, and design and implement enhancements and upgrades. I also collaborate with various stakeholders, such as IT staff, vendors, and academic units, to ensure alignment and integration of the learning systems with the university's goals and standards.
