• Hired, trained, and mentored Product Management and Development team of software and e-commerce Product Managers.• Built industry leading online enrollment product suite and solution for the Medicare market driven by changes to compliance regulations.• Managed a network of over twenty direct to consumer websites focusing on healthcare decisions. This network included the Medicare enrollment site for almost all of the major health plans, which we designed and built, as well as a 2008 Webby Award Finalist.• Designed and developed a suite of marketing affiliate products including cobranded sites, embedded sites, embedded widgets and deep linking logic. This suite of products allowed for overall traffic increases of over 50% as well as a higher quality traffic which resulted in a doubling of conversion rate in 2009.

• Oversee and direct both Product and Operations staff, which includes transaction operations, claims adjudication, ERP management, reporting, and shared creative services.• Customize solutions with key clients and partners from the sales phase, through implementation and into product maintenance.• Write and execute annual business plan including management of financial performance across three distinct revenue models.• Designed, built and implemented unique online shopping experience for the healthcare marketplace. This experience included one of a kind prescription fulfillment capabilities tied to backend PBM systems.• Built product attribution system across over ten product categories which allowed for increased user interface design options and product search. These changes greatly improved click-stream and purchase conversion.• Built and refined a custom content management system which allows for rapid configuration and deployment of over twenty unique template sites.
