Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit." ~ Aristotle In between spending most of the past 25 years as a developer, I have also spent a significant number of years supporting multiple PC users in setup, upgrades and improving performance of their systems and software, email and networking - as well as peripherals and hardware issues and upgrades. Cleaning infected systems was also a skill that I perfected along the way. I have also served as a systems analyst, technical lead, process engineer and project manager in a very high-volume and pressurized manufacturing environment. The functions performed in this arena included imaging, system configuration, hardware upgrades and repairs, network management, designing and perfecting configuration processes, creating and refining documentation for technicians, testers and end-users, and interfacing with customers of every level. Systems involved in these processes included PCs, Macs and servers. In addition to my technical experience, I also managed a restaurant for approximately 10 years in the 80s and 90s. Customer satisfaction is a very high priority for me - both internal and external. In my spare time, I have engaged in numerous faith-based ministries and missions. Chief among these, time-wise, have been membership in two Christian bands as a vocalist and participation in the Kairos prison ministry. Lately, I am also involved with helping the Invisible Disabilities Association; in a technical and social media capacity.
