Top Mountain is currently the implementing partner for the Kurdistan Regional Government’s Project Bloom, which provides loan financing and consulting to Iraqi SMEs. Led the market development team for the USAID/Foras program, developed the social media and go to market strategies, managed partnerships with public and private sector stakeholders, and helped establish the Foras employment portal as the largest online career resource in Iraq.

Served as the USAID representative in the South Central region of Iraq, providing advice and guidance to civilian and military leadership focused on governance, stabilization, and economic development.

Team Leader of Economic Development on the Provincial Reconstruction Team in Diyala, Iraq. Responsible for managing a diverse team comprised of over 40 civilian, military, and Iraqi personnel on a Forward Operating Base. Advised senior U.S. Departments of Defense and State officials on economic policy and stabilization issues. Coordinated extensively with military and civilian government agencies to support counterinsurgency operations and facilitate the transition to Iraqi governance and support a stable, prosperous, and independent Iraq.
