Identified unsafe OT across 60 domestic hubs and stations among over 26K airport staff. Optimized data collecting, wrangling, and feature engineering process while eliminating station analysts’ effort on data collection and report distribution- Led a team of 9 analysts on gathering authorized headcounts to deliver tidy datasets by using VBA for a visualization project that narrows the gap between staff planning and implementation which was initiated by the Operations Analysis team- Budgeted and forecasted staff headcounts and planned shifts for ORD, ATL, STL, MCI, and DEN by using VBA-based Excel model, Sabre Gate Planner, and INFORM GS Planner. - Partnered with 4 Product Managers and UI/UX team to initiate user funnel and Data Studio reports by using Google Analytics (GA360), which supported the decisions to retire and optimize the web contents and user flow by identifying customer segments and their relative web views.
