These experiences taught me that the absolute best start to any recovery effort starts with taking a big team breath, discussing current knowledge, and then gathering more knowledge, before deciding on a course of action.Certain DR and Security issues gave me a permanent appreciation for configuration management, and lead to learning Python from the SaltStack community in order to resolve bugs and provide proper patches to the upstream project.The development knowledge I gained has empowered me to troubleshoot exceptionally complex issues and understand the broader context in order to implement effective solutions that planned for future growth without adding needless complication.
