I employ people-focused practices to engage, recruit and retain key personnel in clinic operations. My personal key professional motivator continues to be the development of both administrative and clinical staff. The growth of key individuals, along with the use of effective communication strategies, has created successful clinics and teams that can effectively manage change. My paradigm revolves around the need for team coaching to align with both the success of the business and the success of the individual. The balancing of these two objectives has led to clinic prosperity, team satisfaction, and organizational resilience.
