Cardiac RMS is a leading provider of remote monitoring software and services for patients with cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIEDs). As the Vice President of Customer Development, I am in charge of ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and expansion of our existing and new customers across the US. I leverage my IBHRE certification and 20+ years of sales experience in the cardiology field to deliver value-added solutions that improve patient outcomes and optimize workflows.Before joining Cardiac RMS in March 2023, I spent four years as the Sales Director for the Northeast region at Murj, a software company that offers competitive cloud-based management of CIED data. There, I successfully launched and grew the product in a highly competitive market, achieving multiple sales milestones and exceeding revenue targets. I also developed and maintained strong relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and administrators in the cardiology space. I have a proven track record of selling innovative and complex products, including pharmaceuticals, CIEDs, and software, to various stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.I am also proud of my seven years of active duty service as an officer in the US Navy, where I received several awards and honors for my leadership, performance, and service. I trained in Total Quality Leadership in the Navy and I bring a process-driven and collaborative style to my work. My mission is to help cardiac patients, and providers benefit from the latest technology and best practices in remote monitoring and care management.
