Profit and Loss leaders responsible for a multi-hundred million dollar business unit focused on providing the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and DoD/International communities with: open platform, service-based solutions, that deliver Multi-INT still, Full Motion Video (FMV)/Motion GEOINT exploitation capabilities; mission-management, workflow and mission-critical geospatial data products providing surveying, mapping, imagery and all-source analysis to the customer community. Under my leadership the unit: sustained an FMV CAGR of greater than 20% by shaping and winning a multi-year $140M+ Motion GEOINT development and integration program; competitively won multiple, enterprise-wide imagery and foundation workflow modernization programs in excess of $200M; and experienced growth in its MASINT portfolio by more than 18%. All of this was accomplished while maintaining a double-digit return on sales.

Selected to assemble and lead a multi-national team in the acquisition and integration of an international firm into General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems (GDAIS). Responsibilities included selecting and leading the team through the final stages of due diligence, culminating in the development and successful execution of a milestone driven integration roadmap that systematically integrated the full suite of operations of the acquired company with those of GDAIS. Key areas of integration included: International Compliance, Contracts, Finance, Security, Information Technology and Human Resources. The integration was completed three months ahead of schedule, under budget and with zero loss of key personnel during the transition. Created a new $35M international business unit that included legacy and heritage operations in three North American and two Australian cities. Successfully led the development and execution of a rolling five-year business plan that identified strategies for technology development, investment, marketing, operations, resource and financial management that were focused on retaining the competitive edge in areas organic to the business, while capturing the competitive advantages available as a result of the acquisition. Following the first two years of integration, the group’s focused business planning and prioritization led to a 20% growth in domestic sales, a 35% growth in international sales and a qualified business funnel in excess of 12x annual sales.
