My coverage includes all State and Local Government and Higher Education (SLED) accounts as well as Commercial accounts (less than 5,000 employees) in an 11 state geography.

Too bad M$ kicked ours in 1995 by bundling TCP/IP with Windows 95. We were the #1 stack stack in a very crowded space. My innovative approach to combine technical marketing with systems engineering lead to rapid sales growth using as few people as possible. Like the Patriots, every player on my team could play multiple positions in the sales cycle.

Ultimately, managed Systems Engineering for SunSelect. We made PC-NFS, PC-Netlink (NetWare for Solaris), and WABI (Windows Application Binary Interface aka What A Bright Idea)

Designed test jigs and wrote test SW for Audio/Video/DataComm integrated circuits. Yawn.

Brief stint as a rocket scientist. I developed Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) for Pendulous Integrating Gyroscopic Accelerometers (PIGA). Challenge was both electrical and mechanical - testing and calibrating required controlling electrical as well as geo-spatial orientation due to the affects of gravity. These PIGA were ultimately used in the Navy's Trident missiles.

Advised on the purchase of revolutionary, new personal computer systems. Wrote custom SW for portfolio and position management. Designed an interface to a real-time stock ticker feed (Quotron).
