Works to fulfill recruitment needs for a wide variety of Physician and NPP needs for Tenet Healthcare. These searches span across all Tenet's Hospitals, Physician groups, Outpatient Practices, and Urgent Cares for Primary Care, Specialty, and Surgical Specialties.Responsible for candidate sourcing and Full Cycle recruitment for all of our NPP and Allied Health openings.

Recruited, Trained and Managed the organizations administrative staff over many diverse areas of office function including: customer service, medical issues, accounts receivables, insurance disputes, and records management. Acted as the main HR point of contact, responsible for employee relations, documentation, tracking payroll information, training, and employee development. In addition to these core office duties, maintained a weekly schedule of 10-15 therapy appointments treating a variety of psychiatric illnesses.

Working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages treating a variety of issues such as: Anxiety, Depression, Self Harm, Video Game Addiction, Addiction, and Relationship Issues.Approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Gestalt, and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy.
