Responsible for leading the Modernization as a Service (MaaS) service portfolio and leading modernization/innovation efforts throughout the Department of Defense (DoD) and USG.

Responsible for the management and oversight of all company business operations with an emphasis on business development, as well as developing, implementing and overseeing new company strategic goals, initiatives, processes, and communications. Provide direct support to our US Government customers in the DoD, IC, and beyond. Our vision is to make CAS into a $100M self-sustaining small business. Develop and lead the company's Modernization as a Service (MaaS) model aimed at transforming the DoD into a modernized force.

Responsible for the management and oversight of all company business operations at the executive and day-to-day level.

•PMO Director for prime contract supporting the IC valued at $20M annually.•Deputy Program Manager for six classified contracts valued at over $9M in annual revenues (these contracts include intelligence analysis contracts involving HUMINT, SIGINT and OSINT operations for several different IC customers). •Project Manager on the INSCOM DLITE contract in support of the Office of Security Cooperation - Iraq (OSC-I) and US Central Command (US CENTCOM).•Co-managed over 50 contract staff members working throughout the IC on various contracts, meeting and working directly with staff members to resolve any programmatic or corporate issues.•Conducted site visits to meet with customer program management teams in order to assess contract performance and identify ways that the company and division can further contribute and assist in the successful performance of the contract. •Provided oversight of all programmatic financials, create and maintain monthly status reports (MSRs) and monthly budget forecasts and reports for the corporate office. •Provided annual fiscal year budget forecasts by conducting financial analysis of current contracts and contract staff, in addition to projected contract growth, to meet company revenue objectives. •Prepared and provided monthly Programmatic Dashboard Reviews and reports to brief the company’s executive leadership on the financial, staff, business development, and programmatic status of all of IC contracts. •Actively worked with customers to identify contract staffing needs, managing the recruitment process and providing final approval of all candidates prior to any candidate’s placement on company’s IC contracts. •Alternate Facility Security Officer responsibilities included conducting personnel security verifications in JPAS/JCAVS, submitting nomination packages, and processing individuals for various clearances and/or for access as needed.

• Coordinated and prepared proposals aimed at supporting the Federal Government and the Intelligence Community with intelligence and linguistic support. Customers included Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), US Special Operations Command (SOCOM), US Africa Command (AFRICOM), US Central Command (CENTCOM), US European Command (EUCOM), and the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). • Provided support to the proposal manager during all aspects of the proposal development process. • Analyzed and broke down federal requests for proposals (RFPs), creating compliance matrices and outlines for use during proposal development. • Worked with subcontractors and other departments within company to gather required data for the proposal and ensure that delegated tasks are completed in a timely manner. • Coordinated with recruiting department on collecting resumes for key personnel, formatting those resumes into the proper template, and preparing a “best athlete board” for resume review and approval. • Participated in Red and Gold team reviews of the document to insure consistency of flow, compliance of writing, and that all win themes and benefits are properly written to. • Created necessary templates supporting documents to give to the proposal writers. • Ensured overall compliance of the proposal to the RFP. • Worked with outside printers and graphic designers to make sure proper graphics are created and that the proposal is printed properly according to the RFP. • Traveled to Afghanistan (based out of Camp Leatherneck in the Helmand Province) to participate in the transitioning of linguists to Option Year 1 of the Department of Defense Language Interpretation and Translation Enterprise (DLITE) contact, a major linguist contract held by the company. Traveled to multiple forward operating bases (FOBs) to discuss changes in the contract and answer any questions that the US hires may have had.

Experiences include:• US Bases and Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) in the Helmand Province of Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom - Afghanistan.• Refugee camps and victims of the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) in Uganda and South Sudan.• French Pension Reform Riots of 2010 (photos were published on CNN).• Tunisian "Occupy" protests in the city of Tunis and documentation of post-Arab Spring Tunisia in 2011. • Haitian slum of Cite Soliel, UN patrols of the area, and post earthquake damage in Port au Prince.

•Established a security and surveillance organization focused on investigating human trafficking in Los Angeles.•Worked with local and federal law enforcement (including the LAPD, Ventura Police Department, FBI, and DHS) to investigate trafficking locations.•Developed a comprehensive surveillance and investigation training program focused on static surveillance techniques, digital surveillance, and public investigation practices based on open source documents and records.•Trained more than 1,000 individuals in anti-trafficking investigations and surveillance operations.•Managed the operations of six surveillance teams (15-20 people each) which together investigated over 50 target locations throughout Los Angeles County.•Managed and worked closely with team leads and investigators to ensure that surveillance team operations were conducted successfully and that the information obtained and provided to law enforcement agencies was accurate.•Created comprehensive reports summarizing investigations and providing analysis for several local and federal law enforcement agencies (created over 200 analysis reports). •Planned and executed various fundraising events to gather financial support for the organization.

Executive Director and Co-Founder of international development nonprofit which sought to establish libraries in the rural communities of Ghana. • Established first ever library in the Ashanti town of Manhiya, providing both books and computers to local students and community members. • Worked directly with local community and tribal leaders to attain community support and labor for the building of the library, as well as explaining the purpose of the library.• Coordinated and led a team of 14 Americans to Ghana in 2008 to build and establish a second library in the town of Assenemasso. Team helped build library, taught literature in local school, and led individualized community development projects focused on a range of issues including exercise, HIV/AIDs education, art, and poverty. • In recognition of work, was made honorary Chief of Development for the local community by the Ashanti tribe and the local Chief.
