Recruitment since 1995. After nine years with KPMG in a range of roles in NZ, USA and throughout South-East Asia, Mike moved into recruitment. He has enjoyed a role incorporating hands-on recruitment while managing both major key accounts and a successful business unit. His significant recruitment experience is primarily in the Accounting, Finance, Banking and HR disciplines. In addition to being a qualified accountant, Mike also has an HR qualification with related experience, and his prior work experience includes project management, accounting and audit.As of April 2016, Mike is stepping back from recruitment work and is now looking after the commercial affairs of Convergence Partners.
