Test University Drive, Heinz and Veteran Domiciliary Residencies for possible Legionella exposure. Average approximately 160 individual tests monthly from outpatient, inpatient and administrative areas, inclusive of sinks, showers, bath tubs, water fountains and ice machines. Log with each sample pH, Temperature and Chlorine readings into MS Access data base, and have familiarity with the use of water testing equipment. Regularly use a MD600 colorimeter to obtain free chlorine residuals as well as a Mettler Toledo F2Go pH meter to obtain pH and temperature measurements. Sample work requires manipulation of water fixtures to provide hot and cold water samples, including working knowledge of the operation of the bypass, as well as the importance of a bypass to obtaining water samples directly from the hot water line without any mixing of cold water. Have full knowledge and daily use data base utilizing water fixture labels, can thoroughly read and use labels, and have assisted in making the label master fixture database more robust and accurate. Aware of the possible dangers of scalding in the sampling process, and am familiar with VA 1061 and understand the importance of scald protection and its impact on Legionella control.Also maintain a strict chain of custody processing to maintain the legal integrity of water environmental samples, as well as place and research work orders in VISTA. I mark and catalog water samples, maintain multiple data base records to track sampling, Legionella outbreak adjacent testing, re-testing, and sites for future sampling.

With the approval of other Post officers, initiate and develop veteran programming for outreach services and serve as the liaison to student groups through the West Mifflin Area School District Air Force Junior ROTC program. Also administer the Post‘s annual Walt Kuczma Scholarship Program to deserving students at West Mifflin Area Senior High School. Have continuously demonstrated commitment to, and/or passion for, the education of veterans about services and benefit programs uniquely available to them, such as through the maintenance of the Post‘s award-winning website, writing press releases and the organization of an Operation Welcome Home event for local veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan. Have established relationships within the West Mifflin and Southwestern Pennsylvania Community to support the needs of veterans. Have organized the Post’s annual Pearl Harbor Remembrance Ceremony to include meeting and coordinating with local military and veterans organizations, as well as media. Perform all bookkeeping and fiduciary activities for the Post, to include purchasing supplies, writing checks and maintaining monthly and quarterly audit reports.

Evaluate all assigned past-due files within required timeframe and determine viable options for borrower. Prepare and review records of loans. Coordinate with agents and borrowers and provide regular status reports for loss mitigation files and loan loss reserve. Manage all communication with borrower and provide required information. Monitor customer requests and ensured timely resolution of same.

Counsel clients on all aspects of personal finances, with special concentration towards home ownership. Review credit reports and assist clients with corrections of same under procedures and rules of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Educate clients about mortgage qualifying criteria under conforming loan guidelines, credit and credit reports and the underwriting process. Regularly contribute personal finance articles to organization newsletters and conduct seminars. Maintain client management database and market MVI housing counseling services via press releases, lender contacts and public service announcements.

Provided financial counseling to delinquent credit union members and encouraged restructuring debt of past-due accounts. Handled public contact through multiple incoming telephone and fax lines, as well as mail and e-mail. Reviewed applications for loans to be restructured and performed financial analysis. Successfully reduced total dollar amount of delinquent portfolio by more than half while total loan volume nearly doubled during the same period.
