LinkedIn's Business Leadership Program – Global Sales is a rigorous 6-month rotational program designed to identify, inspire and develop future sales professionals and business leaders. Throughout our BLP-GS experience, we built a foundational career skill-set through leadership-based learning and sales training. We completed rotations in Global Customer Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Sales Development, all while building lasting relationships within LinkedIn.My first rotation in the program was in Talent Acquisition, focusing on recruiting best-on-planet engineers for our teams.My second rotation was in our Global Customer Operations department. I worked with our Enterprise customers to efficiently solve problems and helped them to best leverage our solutions.

Assisted on a combined 26 MLB salary arbitration cases from 2014-2018. Tried my best to accomplish my childhood dream of being Jonah Hill from Moneyball. One time a MLB player said this about the statistical work we prepared for the case: “It’s a lot of just numbers and those metric stuff that I don’t really understand, salary raise-type stuff,” [MLB Pitcher Brad] Brach said. “It’s a lot of stuff that’s not necessarily my stats versus theirs..."My math teachers have never been more proud.
