With more than 20 years of experience in sales, I am a passionate and results-oriented leader in the cloud industry. As the Director of Partner Sales at Sysdig, I oversee a team who work with partners to sell cloud security to customers across North America. Prior to joining Sysdig, I was a Sales Leader at Amazon Web Services, where I managed and coached teams of sellers who sold cloud computing to companies in North America. Before that, I was a Sales Director at Oracle, where I led and executed sales strategies for database and middleware products for 13 years. I am motivated by the mission to empower organizations to secure cloud applications, and I am committed to building long-term and trusted relationships with our partners and customers. I completed the MEDDPICC Masterclass, a proven framework for complex sales, and I apply the principles to drive revenue growth and partner/customer satisfaction. I also completed the Negotiation Masterclass, which has improved by ability to influence, listen and gain trust with others.
