-Investigated and documented the current process of asset management at the Dreyer’s factory.-Identified key gaps in the asset management process which could be improved and proposed sustainable solutions to these issues to the executive committee.-Assessed unused assets in different storage facilities to give the factory controller the necessary information to decide between selling or scrapping these assets.
