Responsibilities include ordering new and depot POS equipment, Digital equipment needs for new, remodeled or relocated stores for Luxottica brand stores for SunGlass Hut and Pearle Vision. Scheduling technicians and assigning support coordinators to assist the technicians in the field to complete the assigned projects in a timely and efficient manner.

• Work with LEC’s to gather CSR’s on store locations being converted to new VOIP phone system and Meraki data/voice switch.• Coordinate with project team management to schedule onsite technicians to 8-16 daily sites for conversion moving from Netgate router to a Meraki router, data and voice switch• On day of install work with the field engineers to ensure all equipment is installed correctly and is working on company network so that store operations is able to perform efficiently.
