MFGx is a software-as-a-service company specializing in software solutions primarily for the Manufacturing, Warehousing, and Distribution industries.My primary focus as a Sales Engineer includes gathering requirements from prospective customers and configuring software for demonstrations. I use this information to provide detailed pricing recommendations that include additional services and implementation costs.After signing with MFGx and Fuuz, I participate in the discovery process and create a Business Requirements Document that summarizes the sales process, customer needs, and lays a plan for the implementation team to take over.

MFGx / Fuuz is an end-to-end SaaS platform that allows our customers to integrate and customize business processes using our one-of-a-kind orchestration and design tools. As the Principal Solution Engineer I laid the groundwork for building out multiple teams of solution engineers. Each team is responsible for the configuration and implementation of the software. Some of my most outstanding achievements include business process design, the creation of a knowledge base, the creation of a learning management system, hiring, and evaluation of team members.In addition to internal growth, I supported the selection of partners with similar processes. This includes implementation and development partners worldwide.
