Two world scale top tier COMAH production facilities, Olefins 6 is a Ethylene cracker with export capability from North Tees Liquefaction plant (Liquefied Ethylene Gas – LEG/LNG) and the Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) production facility.Co-ordinate and deliver work scopes to required deadlines, review and improve RCM schedules.-Led upgrade projects and assisted operations with technical issues.-Developed RCM schedule for critical machines including spares analysis using APT spares software.-LEAN initiative - rationalised maintenance routines. Reduced labour hours through streamlining planned maintenance by combining hazardous area inspections with equipment functional testing routines.-Led electrical team in turnaround on major onsite repair to critical compressor motor (Synchronous motor 11KV 34MW). Testing included comprehensive stator examination which consisted of wedge plot tightness and partial discharge testing (Tan Delta test, LEAP test and ELCID test).-RCA investigation into LDPE Plant silo blower fan motor tripping issues - identifying control and process sequence as failure modes. Implemented changes successfully resolving performance issues. -Resolved technical issues from initial plant build and start-up phase to achieve plant reliability and compliance.
