Solutions Identification and Build (SDLC) Regulatory ComplianceTeam Lead (2019-2021)Responsible for leading team to research, design, create, implement the IT Controls and Procedures for USAA Bank to follow FFIEC Government and COBIT Financial Regulations. Mike was able to lead his team to deliver the first Compliance Control to be implemented across whole USAA enterprise for System Documentation. This effort was able to meet an OCC Finding and at the same time standardize documentation used at USAA and achieved at 98.5% compliance company wide.Mike also lead the effort to create the Standards, Procedures and Controls for Acceptance Testing, Designs and Data Flow Documentation. All of these had findings from the OCC that needed to be addressed for meeting compliance. As a result the new processes were standardized across the USAA Enterprise.

Bank Project DeliveryMainframe/HOST Development/Maintenance & Production Support (2014-2019)• Provided technical leadership in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of projects with purpose of Being a Compliant Company (BCC). Supported the on-call rotation for Maintenance and Production support of day-to-day operations.• Assisted with potential associates by creating experience level questionnaire for technical interviews, reviewing resumes. - Lead the large scale bi-annual software release for changes affecting financial and non-financial updates for all Marines data on the MCTFS System.
