Twelve organizations (including the City of Breda) collaborate in á 'Caring together Breda' network to fulfill a shared vision of local health care and social services. Together with other volunteers, I support communications activities, including:- Communications and content planning at all levels- Website/Social media analytics and (non-technical) development- Photography- Editing content to be published via digital and printed media

Breda Doet (=Breda’s Doing) is a collaboration between the City of Breda, its residents and organisations to create value. BredaDoet.net is an online community for everyone involved in Breda Doet. We manage the community and the platform at strategic, tactical and operational level.

Iris was a coalition of Health Care and Social Service organizations in the Dutch province of North Brabant. Two institutes for higher education and a technology supplier also participated. The purpose of the coalition was to develop a shared platform which allowed them to:- develop online customer communities- deliver innovative on-line services- apply the Iris platform in extramural and intramural Health CareMy responsibilities were to inform, guide and support both the coalition member organizations and the local communities. In addition, I was tasked to coordinate the ongoing development of the Iris platform to meet existing and new requirements.

Wij is a local organization that, with the help of 1000 volunteers, provides support to residents in need. My responsibilities were to:- plan and coordinate all training activities (volunteers and professionals)- develop customized training programs for volunteer project teams

In this role, I mainly helped client organizations manage Organizational Change programs, by: - Assessing the opportunities and risks during the change process- Developing strategies for communications and training- Communicating orally and in writing with stakeholders in the change process- Coaching leaders/ managers at all levels in their roles in the change process- Monitoring the change process, (indirectly) rewarding achievement and dealing with stagnation/setbacks

I managed the IT-application portfolios for Shell Global Learning and Global HR Services. In both areas, I worked with key users and suppliers globally to improve the quality (and reduce the costs) of the global application portfolio.

- Trainer in HRM and communication skills (2000-2002)- Led Quality Management improvement and certification projects at Philips, KPN, NedCar, DSM and Atos (1988 – 1999)- Managed 20-30 ICT staff in a mainly operational HRM role (1984 – 1987)- Designed and programmed embedded software
