An experienced BI leader that’s passionate about leading others to maximize their potential. I began developing and designing enterprise data warehouses which led to providing technical leadership on large scale data analytics solutions for a wide range of subject areas such as property & casualty insurance, banking, customer service rep performance, and communications.I then made the move from IT development to become a data analyst focused on insights and data visualization for investments, life insurance, and health products. However, people leadership has always been my true calling. Since becoming a leader in business intelligence I’ve led various data efforts supporting a wide range focus areas e.g. chat & social customer service, contact center support, operational documents and messaging, digital experiences, and COVID-19 response. Outside of my technical pursuits, I thoroughly enjoy guiding, developing, and inspiring the next generation of analysts and people leaders. I do my best to be generous with my time as I’m forever grateful to my mentors who’ve done the same for me along the way.
