Since being honorably discharged from the military, I have worked in the field of education. First as a substitute teacher while pursuing my undergraduate degree, to becoming a state licensed Teacher of Health and Physical Education in 2009. I have worked at Livingston High School from the 2009-10 school year to present, having coached football, track and field, instructed behind the wheel driver education, and delivered countless professional development workshops at the district, local, and state level. I have also served as a district mentor to novice teachers and a cooperating teacher for future educators.My areas of focus in education are Character Education, Skill Acquisition, and Assessments. Personal hobbies and interests include carpentry and construction, recreational sports, and snowboarding.
