Every time I close a project, I’m reminded why I love my occupation – I see a tangible result of the skills and abilities I have refined over the past 20 years. By maintaining an unwavering focus on business growth while continually developing my project leadership skills, I have been able to build a body of accomplishment that is unconstrained by functional or industry boundaries. A few highlights include:• Managing the remodel and major retrofit of over 1,800 restaurant & retail locations• Client facing program/project management role for National brands including Coca-Cola, 7-Eleven, McDonalds, Chipotle, Little Caesars, US Air Force, rue21, Kohl's and LabCorp/Walgreens• Ground-up construction of 20 commercial, industrial and residential projects• Direct responsibility for over $50 million in capital improvement projects• P/L level responsibility for multiple distribution, manufacturing and marketing business units.• Key participant in 9 company start-ups, mergers and acquisitions While nothing provides the personal sense of accomplishment like closing a successful project, I always look forward to initiating the next set of challenges.I have earned a BS in Economics, a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from Missouri State University, PMP Certification and LEED Green Associate credential.
