Being the Executive Director of Impact A Hero was one of the greatest pleasures of my life. It was an amazing experience and I am so thankful to the Board of Directors for giving me the opportunity. We did a lot of good for our community of Veterans, and a lot of lives were impacted by our work. Fundraised over $1,000,000 in the first 2 years. Planned and coordinated 3 Annual Galas that raised more than $250,000 each. Achieved the GuideStar Platinum Award for non-profit transparency. Co-founded the Veteran’s Voice Toastmasters Group, the only Veteran specific Toastmaster’s Group in the world. Given more than 20 keynote speeches and dozens more On-Air interviews for Impact A Hero (IAH). Created “Operation Impact”, a weekend retreat for Veterans and their families teaching alternative therapies. Build the Mentorship Development Program for IAH; personally mentored and coached more than 100 veterans. Created a Personal Development Library with more than 400 non-fiction titles to be used by veterans in the Mentorship Development Program.

Led Change Management efforts for the global HR Division implementing a new HR specific software. Implementation included training employees in 5 different countries, strategic global communications translated to more than a dozen languages, workforce development, talent acquisition, relationship building, mentoring and coaching, and leadership development. Efforts resulted in a successful transition that reduced costs and improved performance in multiple key performance indicators all across the global Human Resources Division.
