My current role is to manage my production team while working directly with local businesses and hospitals to fulfill their printing needs, whether it be smaller local print jobs that we can produce in-house with my team, or large orders that need to be outsourced to our big commercial print facilities, all jobs go through me. My concise communication, skillful delegation of work and proficiency with various software's is a big reason my branch was chosen to receive our company's President's Club award, recognizing us as one of the best stores in the country.

For the past 2 years I've run a gaming community focused on being accepting of everybody and giving people a place where they can be themselves, unapologetically, while also trying to guide the younger impressionable audience of Twitch towards being open-minded and respectful. Growth has continued to ramp up (nearing 2,000 followers and 200 active members of our community discord group, and growth is increasing month over month) and we've been able to leverage this growth to do a lot of charity work, mainly focusing on Suicide Awareness, Mental Health and various Community Aid Programs.

My role as Lead Electronics Technician included being the main customer facing employee of the business, performing intricate repairs of broken cell phones, tablets, computers and game consoles on the spot, managing of inventory levels, training up staff and working in close correspondence with the owners to make sure everybody was on the same page and operations ran smoothly.

When I first started working here in high school my job was to unpack incoming shipments and manage inventory levels while fulfilling willcalls and assisting the design team. Towards the end of my tenure here I was doing all of the above while also delivering the furniture to people's homes which really increased my understanding and the importance of customer service and serving the community.
