With more than 20 years’ experience in the property and construction industry, my career has included a wealth of senior land and planning roles for house builders throughout Scotland, as well as council development control and planning positions.Having successfully launched CALA Homes (North) as a separate division of CALA in 2014. I have helped to reaffirm the company’s roots in Aberdeen, and have led the division through some of the most challenging times in the Scottish property market, particularly in Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire; securing and developing significant land opportunities and developments. As well as overseeing CALA’s operations in the region, I am also on the board of Homes for Scotland – the voice of the home building industry in Scotland, which represents more than 200 companies and organisations – and a board member for Cash for Kids.
