In 2016 my 3rd son Arlo was born was with severe complex medical needs. After 18 months living in intensive care at Kings College Hospital and after substantial training we managed to get him home full time. My family alongside a team of night-time nurses look after him 24/7 with none of the above being possible without a substantial career break. During this time and despite a minimum 70 hr work week as his main carer, I have kept fully abreast of the advertising / media landscape as it remains my other passion, have raised over £50k for various charities associated with my sons condition and presented at several NHS intensive care training seminars to give medical professionals a clearer understanding of the realities of living with a child with mechanical ventilation, amongst other things. Arlo continues to beat all the odds and alongside his brothers remain the reason to do everything.
