As the primary developer of our now-legacy Student Information System (SIS), I work closely with the IT Project team as we work to implement a new Enterprise SIS powered by Anthology’s CampusNexus Student (2021). Acting as the data architect and integrations architect I provide key insight from business operations into the new system design.Overseeing the three core IT divisions, Operations, Service Experience and Projects my role with YE required building a strong team of managers and team leads to help the company grow from 2000 to 10,000 students. Finding the people with the right passion and approach, particularly with their view on customer service and experience has been critical to our success.In this role I have collaborated with the brilliant team we have built to build a family-like approach to our teamwork. We have accomplished many things in recent years, here are a few highlights.- Built new campuses across Canada- Rolled out Canada-wide multi-carrier redundant networking with private secured networking for video conferencing and telephony- Implemented full-scale PM run project controls- Integrated with with cloud and managed services providers to strengthen our Azure positioningThe strength of the employees I have the pleasure to work with and all those who support each of us make this a wonderful and rewarding place to work every day.
