Daily management of all aspects of Help Desk, IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, IT Strategy, Budget and Project Infrastructure at Workers Credit Union. Core responsibilities including but not limited to the following:- Leading a core technical team of IT professionals o Establishing goals, and validating growth of individuals in the department o Creating and manage department policy to match business vision o Validating project goals and progress o Ensuring team alignment with current business priorities- Managing Help Desk response and work flow, including SLA’s and reporting to C-level- IT security, including yearly audits by regulatory bodies, external and internal auditing teams o Intimately familiar with FFIEC/CAT/ACET, NIST and CIC security controls o Implementing effective measures for Identification/Protection/Detection/Response and Recovery of security threats o Reporting to C-level on security initiatives, aligning with Risk Department and CRO and creating and maintaining a security strategy - Project sponsor/lead/manager for all infrastructure related projects, involved from departmental up to organization (board level) initiatives- Maintaining the IT budget including, forecasting, contracts and renewals

Network and Systems EngineeringResponsible for all IT systems for the credit union including but not limited to Telephony, SAN, VM Ware ESX environment, backup, all Windows/Cisco/Linux servers, internal training, documentation, policies, security and escalated help desk issues.Also responsible to create/plan/manage and implement capital IT projects for the credit union.Partial list of managed technologies:- EMC VNX5200 SAN (previous: Dell Equallogics)- EMC DataDomain SAN- EMC Networker- VMWare vCenter 5.1 (ESXi, SRM, Update Manager, Replication manager)- Exchange 2012- Microsoft SQL 2005/2008/R2/2012- Spiceworks- Cisco Unified Communications Manager CCM/UCCX/Unity 8.6/9.1- Calabrio QM/WFM- Nagios/Opsview/Up.Timeetc.

Act as technical escalation point for CBE Managed Services department.Specializing in Virtualization (MS, VMWare and Citrix), Microsoft Server technologies (Exchange, System Center, Link, Forefront etc.).Also fulfilling some supervisory role responsibilities for the technical department.

Upgrades, installs and troubleshoots networks, networking hardware devices and softwareMaintain inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of vendor activities.Develops and documents system standards for computer and network devices.Recommend and schedule repairs to the LAN/WAN.Skills:Handles highly confidential information/materialAbility to communicate orally and written in a professional mannerExperience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks such as Microsoft Windows Active DirectoryWorks well both alone or in a team settingStrong analytical skills
