We have partnered with the US Army and US Army Reserve to bring business executives together with transitioning veterans where we conduct a multi-day training curriculum. This curriculum consists of scripted and unscripted adversity as participants receive military training, test their mettle in off-road confidence courses, make camp, and share learnings and experiences with each other. This results in a mutual appreciation between business executives and military veterans, a life-long network of participants, and a sense of accomplishment for all who participate.
