EMR was a legal document and medical record retrieval company that requests, processes, and manages documents for law firms and insurance companies. Case is a web-based case management software platform that allows legal professionals to manage projects from anywhere. The platform is used for record collection, contact management, negotiation and settlement disbursement, and document storage. Key Accomplishments:• Worked closely with President and CEO to minimize losses by controlling expenses and managing cash flow while software was developed and tested.• Posted positive EBITDA within 13 months by concentrating financial and personnel resources in the most promising segments of the company.
