We handle the entire process from eligibility analysis, to claims filing, to remittance to the funds. For liquidating funds, we can purchase the rights to class action claims, foreign tax reclaims, and pending dividends which might otherwise go unrealized when the fund closes, offering a fair price and an easy, fast closing process. This allows funds to monetize assets that would otherwise expire worthless, maximizing shareholders' final net asset values and ensuring that managers best fulfill their fiduciary duties.
